2. Recognize the Achievements of Your Employees
Every person wants to be appreciated. When your employee achieves a personal or company goal, set aside some time to show your sincere gratitude, send a circular email to everyone, or send a thank you note to that employee. If you do not want to hear people complaining about wasting 3 hours of their time on a useless meeting, create a straightforward agenda, start the meeting on time, keep to the agenda, and finish it as quickly as possible. Invite only those employees that really need to be there.
